  • Non-returnable items: Sale items, personalized items, gift cards, intimate apparel, and items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.

Return Label: A return shipping label will be provided via email upon request. You can download and print the label for your convenience.


How to Return an Item

  2. Provide your order number and specify the reason for the return.
  3. We will email you a return shipping label for easy return of the product.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided label.
  5. Drop off the parcel at your nearest USPS, UPS, or FedEx location (based on the label provided).
  6. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your return within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact us directly at support@karmaboutique.shop to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If the item you received is damaged or faulty:
